"Ber" Months Short Stories

The "Ber" months are my favorite. The cooler weather. The spooky decorations, The family traditions. The holiday spirit. What's not to love? To honor and celebrate the four months, I will be writing a short story each month to share with you, but let's have some fun doing it!

One of my favorite ways to create a story is by letting others give me a random name, object, or topic that I can build my story around. Since September is our first "Ber" month, let's start with events that normally happen during September. Send me three things (a word, object, picture, or event) that are related to September (email, comment on this blog, messenger, or comment on my Facebook post). Next week, I will reveal which of your ideas I am using as part of my story this month.
